The 3.21.3 patch release adds a re-designed link editor for emails in NEONNOW and fixes a small issue with invited users in Admin.

We've updated, improved and fixed issues with the link editor when writing emails. 

Fixed

• Hyperlinks will now display correctly in emails after being sent.
• You can edit and remove links even when the rich text toolbar is closed.

Changed

• Removed: Automatic linking (text becoming links automatically).
• Clicking anywhere on a link now opens the editor; double-clicking is no longer necessary.
• Links without a URL/address are no longer allowed. Saving an empty link will remove it.
• The cursor will now appear as a normal text cursor instead of a hand pointer.
• Links can be removed directly from the edit menu, eliminating the need to click the toggle link icon.
• Links will prefill if the highlighted or clicked text block is a valid URL or email address, eliminating the need to type the entire address manually.
• "mailto:" will be automatically added to new links for valid email addresses, allowing customers to click an email to open their email client.
• Saving a link in the format "google.com" will automatically add "https://" to the beginning upon saving.

Task Banner: Fix a minor UI issue with tasks in the header.

Dialpad Button:  When the dial pad is small enough, a scrollbar will become visible, improving clarity.

Agent Workspace: Fix UI issues around the inspiration text/options on the empty agent workspace view.

In call control: Fix an issue where the call timer would reset back to 0 when putting the call on hold.

In Conference: Agents are now able to see the correct tooltip for the swap icon in a conference.

Creating Agent tasks in Softphone: Fix a minor UI issue with cut-off date/time fields in Softphone.

Admin, Outcomes: Removed the ability to filter outcomes on their unique ID

Session expiry: You can no longer cancel the page reload when signing out during the session expiry.

Wallboard: Agent stats should now always match Amazon Connect.

Agent stats: Long queue names will now be correctly displayed.

We've fixed metrics/statistics on the dashboards page. Daily data will now correctly reset at midnight in your timezone, not midnight UTC. 

It might take a few days for your data to normalise and historical data will not change.

When selecting the current date, you'll now correctly see interactions for today.

We heard you loud and clear and have reduced the volume of the new ringtone by 50%. Thank you to the people who left feedback!

When you create a new Dashboard, we'll automatically select it and show it to you immediately, instead of requiring you to select it.

We've gone and fixed this time widget on your Dashboards, which will now show the oldest time as expected.

While we were making changes, we've made a visual improvement. Time will now show in a more readable form, such as 1m 5s or 3h 35m, instead of a time like 01:05:30.
