We've changed the ringtone for incoming contacts; it's easier on the ears 🎧! Let us know your thoughts.

When you create a new Dashboard, we'll automatically select it and show it to you immediately, instead of requiring you to select it.

We now save your Dashboard preference and will automatically load the last Dashboard you had open when you load Dashboards.

We've gone and fixed this time widget on your Dashboards, which will now show the oldest time as expected.

While we were making changes, we've made a visual improvement. Time will now show in a more readable form, such as 1m 5s or 3h 35m, instead of a time like 01:05:30.

The Amazon Connect phone panel now has more customisation and ways to interact. 

Changes:

• You can now reset the panel position
• You can close the panel with the new X button
• You can choose which audio devices you want to use with Neon by:
  • Opening the panel with the phone button
  • Clicking the cog wheel settings icon
  • Selecting your audio devices

We've gone and made some quality of life improvements to custom dashboards, to increase readability, reduce risk of issues and lower the time it takes to configure dashboards.

Changes:

• New widgets on the dashboard will now fill any available space (where possible) and will no longer always appear at the bottom
• The edit button will now only appear when hovering over a widget
• Empty dashboards now have a placeholder
• You can no longer delete the last dashboard
• The default dashboard is no longer blank
• When adding a widget, you'll now be able to start searching without clicking the search box
• The resize handle on widgets is less prominent making the dashboard simpler and cleaner
