NEONNOW Release 3.32 is a minor update providing targeted enhancements to platform resilience and chat functionality. This release introduces support for Global Resilience (ACGR) in CX to assist with instance failover, alongside specific stability fixes for Outreach campaigns and Admin configurations.

CX now supports Active/Cloud Gatekeeper Redundancy (ACGR), helping guide agents between primary and secondary instances.
