Maintenance Notice: Back-End System Upgrade

We are performing a technical upgrade to our back-end databases to improve performance. While the NEONNOW and NEONNOW Admin apps will remain fully operational with no downtime, please be aware of the following during our approximately one-hour maintenance window:

• Avoid User and User Configuration Changes: Any updates made to users or user preferences/configurations (such as updating a E911 location or address) during this hour will not be saved.
  
  
• Provisioning Pause: For administrators using SCIM, we recommend temporarily pausing automated provisioning (e.g., Azure AD) to ensure no new user data is lost during the rollback period.

Release Schedule

Pre-release changes and go-live during the week of 1st December.
